ABOUT ME
Hi! I am Arron Wilson
I have played the drums for 7 years, but only properly for the last 4, where I have been studying through my BA Hons Degree in Music. This project is about discovering just how technological advancements have impacted the role of the standard drummer in todays local music scenes within Scotland.

The goal of this project is to show light into how drums are still relevant and ways to adapt to the changes of technology throughout all applications of music, specifically in relation to the drums. It has taken months of research, planning and discovery to collate all the information and generate a strong start into how musicians will be able to evolve in an age of technology. Things will continue to develop in terms of both software and hardware, and this project shines a light on how we can not just survive but thrive in across any genre.
